At Crystal Arts 3D, every product is custom-made and personalized using the photo you provide. Because of this, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.
Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalization preferences, including photo choice, engraving depth, or design expectations.
• Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Each crystal is crafted specifically for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Or different from what was ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the issue. We will gladly:
• Replace the item at no additional cost, or
• Offer a suitable resolution based on the situation
Production & Quality Assurance
Before shipping, every crystal is:
• Carefully inspected
• Securely packaged
• Prepared for safe transport
Minor variations may occur due to the custom engraving process and are part of the handcrafted nature of the product.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Crystal Arts 3D is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Carriers
• Customs processing
• Weather or external factors
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
