What type of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with visible faces work best. Front-facing images with good contrast produce the most detailed 3D engraving. If your photo needs adjustment, our team will optimize it before engraving.
Is the image engraved on the surface or inside the crystal?
Your image is laser-engraved inside the crystal, not printed or etched on the surface. This protects the engraving from wear and gives it stunning depth and clarity.
Can I include more than one person or a pet?
Yes. We can engrave multiple people or pets in one crystal, depending on the size and shape you choose. Larger crystals allow for more detail and depth.
What crystal sizes should I choose?

How long does production take?
Production typically takes 3–5 business days after placing the order. Each crystal is custom-made and carefully inspected before shipping.
